What's a baby girl to do without a headband? I made this out of some tights, but I edited it a bit to be smaller for a newborn. I found the original idea here.
When I showed Rob he said, "That could be a sweatband she could wear while she's nursing." Good idea.
(PS, he thought it was white not pink)

I whipped out a couple of these babies too (like she really needs them). They're so fun to make because they're super fast. This is going to be my go-to baby gift I think. It's nice to have cool sister-in-laws to steal ideas from.
6 weeks to go.
My doctor said that if I went even 3 weeks early, he'd let me go. (Not planning on that of course)
If we use that logic, I could have a wee babe in my arms in 3 weeks. Crazy.

Oh I'm so excited for you guys! And I like how you talk about "whipping" things up. Like it takes 10 minutes to do. I was looking at those bibs thinking, "man, I could spend a whole week trying to make those!"
We look often to see what new thing you've whipped together for this lucky little girl. We're lovin em all:) XOXO, Lori & fam.
WoW! That is crazy to think. I've been wanting to sew some "sweatbands" like that for little Tess...now I will.
How come you are so creative? Just wondering
37 weeks is considered term ... so that's a good time. except 3 extra weeks of freedom is nice too :).
We all know how I feel about pre-term babies, but I'd have to say you are one of the most prepares moms I know. Way to go!
Finished my first sweat band. Too easy. I'll put a picture on my blog of the baby workin out in it.
I had my baby girl 3 weeks to the DAY - early. :) good luck!
